Amal Lafhal is recognized as a leader and an innovator in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, a very competitive and demanding high-end residential real estate market. As Founder and CEO of LuxHouse International Real Estate, Amal oversees the Residential Sales operations successfully closing on hundreds of transactions and a sales volume of over $350 Million Dollars during her 19 years in the industry. Amal has been an award-winning producer since becoming an agent and today is the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® Lifetime Top Producer for the past 15 years. With two decades of real estate experience in Washington DC and surrounding areas, Amal’s boutique firm boasts a successful and extensive track record working with the international elite having been part of Cityscape Global in Dubai and Qatar in 2013 and 2014.

Due to Amal’s presence in the many different real estate exhibitions along with her knowledge and personality, she has developed a strong connection with investors overseas, specifically in the Middle East and Morocco. The demand of investment purchases in the United States stroked Amal to establish Prime Property Management to complete a full-service company for her elite clients. With Prime Property Management in place, she can ensure her clients investments are ran smoothly and efficiently from the buying process, to renting, and fully managing their properties.

Get to Know Rania

Rania Rezaie is an up-and-coming, driven second-generation Real Estate Agent. Rania was exposed early on to what it takes to be a successful Real Estate Agent through mother, who has been a real estate broker since the mid-2000s and has been recognized multiple times as Top Producing Real Estate Agent. This learning opportunity allowed Rania to practice and perfect her skills through first-hand experience. By nature, Rania was able to pick up on the intricacies of buying and selling homes including all of the different directions a transaction can move in, and how to handle them as they come. As a child, Rania looked up to her mom in particular and dreamt of following in her footsteps. She would tag along with her mom to learn what it meant to negotiate offers, show homes and learn what it took to execute a contract, and everything that comes in between. Through time, her passion for Real Estate grew stronger and stronger. It was her mother’s ambition and success that showed her how important it is to dedicate herself full-time to serving her clients.

Rania has lived in the D.C Metropolitan area for her entire life, specifically Tysons Corner, which is where she calls home today. Through years of personal experience in the Northern Virginia area, Rania is able to confidently give her perspective and expertise on the local markets. She knows the ins and outs of the cities and can tell you all the best spots whether for business, pleasure, or adventure. Rania has a personal love for restaurants in particular where she developed a background in hospitality. This background furthered those lessons she learned from her mother on relationship building and allowed Rania to take control over her relationships and how to personalize her value to her clients. She also takes pride in her organization and communication skills, two things that have allowed her to streamline the home buying and selling process for her clients and make it enjoyable and fun.

Isabella Tourkaman joined Amal Lafhal, a highly established and respected broker, in 2013. She was mentored by Amal and quickly mastered contracts and strong negotiation skills. Isabella's contract knowledge and her clients best interests at heart allows her to successfully represent buyers, sellers, foreign investors and renters to ensure seamless transactions.

Professional, hard-working, and extremely attentive, Isabella works closely with clients and customers alike and never hesitates to extend herself. Isabella takes great care to understand and respond to the needs and desires of all those involved in a given transaction. Isabella gives 110% of her energy to serving and guiding clients through the sales process. As a professional with excellent contract and sales skills, Isabella is constantly re-evaluating the market to ensure proper pricing and advertising exposure.

Isabella Tourkaman received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in the Clinical Field from Old Dominion University in 2012 and recently earned her Juris Doctor from The University of South Carolina School of Law.

In her spare time, Isabella thoroughly enjoys traveling, spending time with family, entertaining, and hiking the gorgeous trails of Virginia with her dog, Louie. Isabella currently resides in Leesburg, Virginia.
